The world seems to stop. I couldn’t believe what Marvin said to me. How ridiculous! How can someone other then Nick be my soulmate?
At that moment, I ponder on the thought of Nick not being my only soulmate; I missed the most important clue.
How did Marvin even know about my past?
I tilt my head, “Soulmate? You mean Nick...right?”
Marvin shakes his head.
“B-But...Nick told me that he is my soulmate, so how can-” I pause and pucker my lip before huffing a breath. “I cannot have another soulmate,” I reply, folding my arms.
Smoothly, Marvin swirl his body and sat beside me. He places his palms on the bed and cross his legs. “Why not?”
