“Be my bride.”

She met his dark eyes which were staring down at her.

“Sorry, What!”.

“I have a boyfriend who plans on getting engaged to me when he gets back from his trip”.

“ And you can't just ask me to be your bride like I am one of your f*****g bodyguards!”.

“You know what; I won't do it, I won't agree to be your f*****g bride after you took advantage of me”.

“You f*****g r***d me! You animal”.

“You took what I love most from me, My career!”.

“ I don’t care if you can fix it, I am not going to do it!.”

“I would never get married to such an animal in human form like you” she yelled sobbing.

“Acting though huh?

“Sweetheart; I can recall how you moaned, responded to my touch, and got wet begging me to f**k you, I could say I was the one taken advantaged of because clearly, you enjoyed it more,” He said hovering over her.

“You have One hour to make a rational decision” With that he gestured toward Sam to take kisa to the waiting room

“ I have never missed my family as much as do now, God! I miss them so much”.

“You look beautiful dear,” the lady dressing kisa up said admiring her

“Wedding ceremony! I can't believe I am getting married to a stranger” Tears fell from her eyes as she whispered.

“I dont want to get married to him,” kisa said almost immediately

“Are you alright?” She placed her hands over Kisa’s shoulders watching her through the dressing mirror

“I am fine” kisa responded firmly cleaning tears from her eyes

“ I lifted my eyes toward the dressing mirror, if Andrew was to be my groom I would have been the happiest bride.” She thought pitifully.

“I was in a white Cinderella-like gown, with a crown just like in the movies, You could mistake me for a princess and not a bride, My deep blond hair was styled into curls, and scarlet red lipstick stood out against my fair lips ”

“The girl standing in front of the mirror is beautiful.”

“I shook my head and bit my lower lips as I remembered I didn't have any family here” Kisa's eyes fell into sadness immediately.

“I turned to the door and saw one of his bodyguards by the door, I guess he is here to take me”

“Immediately I remembered I didn't even know the name of my Groom, which was quite funny, how pathetic.”

“I push myself to the door”

“He escorted me to the venue”

“I walked down the aisle slowly, and my body was shaking uncontrollably, I didn't look up but I could feel the hall was empty, A tall figure standing on the right side of the altar waiting for me.”

“A secret wedding” she scoffed

“As I got there a strong big palm took mine”

“You look beautiful” Hair lifted on my nape as I heard his dark voice

“My hand was trembling in his.” evidence of how uncomfortable he makes me feel.

The priest started the ceremony

Do you kisa Daniel takes Gabriel Smith as your lawful wedded husband to love and to hold till death do you part

“Gabriel Smith!” she shouted her eyes wide open

Kisa became slightly panicked for a moment, but she regained her composure soon after.

Gabriel noticed she might cause a scene, he signaled the priest to go ahead without waiting for her to respond.

They stood side by side as they completed the wedding ceremony.

When it was time to exchange rings, He slipped

A beautiful diamond into her finger.

Tears streaming from her eyes, She didn't wipe them away it was happening so fast that it felt unreal

“I did it all for my career, just for my career!”

The ceremony happened fast in the blink of an eye it was all over now it was time for the worst part

“Kissing the Bride”

“I can feel my heart pounding so fast in my chest”

“Congratulations Mrs Smith, Gabriel whispered and grabbed a handful of my hair pulling me into a kiss. My heart stopped the moment his lips touched mine, He kissed me roughly shoving his tongue deep into my mouth, making me taste his wine, He sucked my bottom lips deep into his mouth, his tongue hitting the four walls of my mouth”

“He kissed me for a couple of minutes before pulling himself back and looking into my eyes with a hunger that gave me chills down my spine”.

Gabriel’s Pov

“Gab I wanted to tell you yesterday, that the lady I sent to you couldn't make it but I couldn't get through to you,” Nathan Gabriel’s friend said through the phone

“I dont know how it happened but I saw a lady in my room after I had my bath”

“I had the best night in my life”

Gabriel responded proudly

“W-What did you say? Gab, am I understanding you correctly? You had the best night of your life with a woman?” Nathan coughed trying to catch his breath as if he had just seen the sun rise in the west.

“If I remember correctly, you rejected all the women I've sent to you always finding one fault or the other with them”

“She is different from the rest my body feels drawn to her in fact, I love it whenever she is close to me”

Nathan was extremely surprised “And the wedding?”

“ I did my research on her and found out that her boyfriend was coming to get engaged to her.”

“she desperately needs help, I propose a solution, and she accepts my offer, finished” He smirked feeling proud of himself

“So you got married to her because you are jealous someone else would get married to her?” Nathan couldn't believe his ears

“Stop asking me too many questions I am a married man now I've got my wedding night, I'll take to you again”

“What!, are you hanging up on me” He shook his head feeling pity for the poor bride.

Kisa’s Pov

She’d just changed her wedding dress thinking of the name she’d heard the priest say.

She could not believe the man she exchanged wedding vows with was THE GABRIEL SMITH

His face is unknown but his name is known throughout New York, who would believe if she said she was married to a notorious businessman, She couldn’t imagine how her life as turned out to be within 24 hours.

She searched the internet, She couldn’t find the video anymore, the citizens were no longer talking about it, her name was no longer dragged and it was as if it never existed.

How powerful is this man she thought, She was disrupted by a call from Emily

“Cous” Emily gently said on the other end “let's talk”

Kisa grabbed her phone tightly and took a deep breath. She said coldly

“There is nothing left for us to talk about”

“Is that so?, what if it concerned Andrew” Wouldn't you want to talk about it?” Emily smiled

“Andrew?” Kisa’s expression changed immediately and she clenched her jaw

“Emily, what are you talking about”

Emily did not answer her. She simply said “Cous I'll be waiting for you at NINI’s Hotel see you there”

When kisa reached the hotel, Emily was already sitting in the private room waiting for her arrival

She had exquisite makeup and donned a figure-hugging white dress. Her hair was slightly curled and a pleasant perfume fragrance surrounded her

Seeing kisa Emily smiled and said, “Come Cous, have a seat.”

Kisa stood by the table and glared at her coldly.

“You said I had nothing to worry about?, How come I ended up in a stranger's bed, How did a videotape of me get posted online? why did you leave me in the hotel Emily!”

“I woke up confused, searching for you and wondering what happened. Only to find a tape of me online the next day!”

“I should have known listening to you was a bad choice!”

“Anyways thanks for ruining my life and my career!”

“I hope you are happy now!” kisa said sobbing quietly

Emily did not appear bothered at all, She gracefully smiled and and signaled the waiter to bring the menu

“Cous, I dont know what you are talking about, and I didn't leave you, I just couldn't find you after searching everywhere for you, I waited at the hotel until almost noon today, before I left but I did not find you”

“I apologize for not sticking to my words”

“I apologize for letting you down,” she said calmly

“Your apology cannot fix what has been broken, and the career I've lost” She replied firmly

“Cous I came here to confess to you, Andrew and I have been having an affair for some time now”

Kisa stood there in shock

“Aa - What!”

“Yes it's true, We didn't know how to tell you, we love each other very much sis”

“He just didn't want to break your heart, because you've loved him ever since you were young,” Emily said emotionless

“I am your cousin, Emily, How could you do this to me and keep it away from me for so long”

“Not only did you destroy my life, but you are in a romantic relationship with a man I plan on spending the rest of my life with.” kisa said her voice breaking

“It's not my fault you dont satisfy him enough sexually”

“Well, I hope you can move on with your life and forget about Andrew because he is mine, and we both belong together.”

“Look at the mirror and you will see what I am talking about, both of you do not fit.”

The waiter brought what Emily ordered and she started eating, ignoring kisa

Kisa sluggishly dragged herself out of the hotel room and dialed a number….
