Danielle huffed a tired breath and pushed away from the dining table. She stood up and stretched her arms over her head. A groan left her lips as bones popped in her back and shoulders. “We can take a break if you like,” Trick suggested as he looked up from the laptop screen in front of him. However, a second later, he then rubbed at his eyes with his fingers, belying that his suggestion was only in consideration of her fatigue.
