The words, “What did you just say?” Angrily flew out of my mouth as I glared at Zadyre.
“How can you defend Lydia after what she did? You are such a monster!”
He looked taken aback at my outburst, and I moved to close the door, but he didn’t budge from the door.
“Leave, Zadyre. Do not let me do something we would both hate.”
He ignored me, and pushed the door opened, his eyes pinned on my face while I struggled to breathe as his mere presence got on my nerves.
