Chapter 119
Juliana’s POV--
The Launch has been ultimately successful and I am thankful to God for that! The launch programme ended at 8 pm followed by dinner that continued till late night. I was tired and exhausted. Also the pain in my ankle was shooting up after the effect of painkiller worn away and also because of the standing and walking I did with my high heels.
I sat at a corner after my mother and Alan left with rest of the family. I need to go home and rest. My body has given up.
I think of dialling Neil and letting him know that I am leaving. His mobile rings a few times but he doesn’t respond. Not able to wait more, I send a text to him stating that I am heading home since I am not feeling well.
