I got lost twice and had to look in the looking glass to figure out what direction to go I was about more that half way there when I realized I was a guardian I knew these woods no looking glass could help me. I closed my eyes and listened something big was moving too my left slowly coming towards me. I opened my eyes and started that way about ten minuets later I was staring the huge wolf in the face.

"I dont know what im supposed to do." the wolf blinked like it understood. We stood there for a minute just staring at eachother. i took this time to study the beasts face, his brown fur was beautiful his forhead has a dimond with a dot in the middle and what looked like small flames were growing from his snout to the tips of his ears it was magnificent, the beautiful beast bowed and layed on its belly like it wanted me to get onto its back. i didnt hesitate as I ran and jumped on grabbed on to its ruff and it bolted. The wind in my hair felt amazing.

You like it, it makes me feel free.

I think so my parents told me its different for every bond, in the next couple weeks we will meet my sibilings and their bond mates then I will meet your family then you will meet mine.

My name is maliky I am in the rising moon pack the pack leader which you have the up most honor of meeting his name is tranto.

Well I thought I might take you hunting I have heard from our elders that our first bonding days are mostly concist of fun, trial and error our strangths and our weaknesses. And I do so enjoy hunting would you like to I guess I should have asked first, my apoligies guardian.

No, no I would love to my father took me hunting many times and taught me how to use a bow and arrow but I left them at home so im not quite sure how I can help.

Over the next few days maliky and i, mainly chased after deer and sat there talking he was a very intersting wolf, he still would not tell me much about his pack other than his sibiling are all younger than him and that I was the first guardian that bonded with their guardian wolf, and that the rest of the guardians would be ready in just a few short hours.

As we waited at the meeting place for the guardians I was thinking, of how close we were already getting, how i showed him how good i was getting with a bow and arrow and how i can hear when something is wrong in the forest he thought that was really interesting and on how beautiful maliky was and the strange markings on his head.

I can hear you hehe and thank you my father says its a symbol of power.

Well I do think its beautiful. When do you think they will come?

Hard to say I can try to howl see if that will work or do you just want to wait?

His howl sounded like a wolf about to become the king of the forest it was a glorious sound.

I heard three howls in reply and they sounded close a few seconds later a huge grey wolf with a young man walked into the guardian clearing.

This is my sister riya.

"hey im ryan this is riya but im pretty sure your guardian already told you that."

"hello I am melenie and this is maliky."

" well hello maliky it is very nice to meet you both."

ryan was an ok looking guy he looked stong with shagy blonde hair it looked almost yellow in the sunlight. Which from mine looked very bright from my brown almost black hair. His bright blue eyes look like the lake about three miles west of here. Where my eyes were forest green.

At that moment another wolf black as night walked into the clearing well I guess the black wolf was skipping and dodging out of the way what looked like throwing knives his bark didnt sound mad it sounded like he was having fun.

My only brother demon the youngest of all four of us he is a lounitic dont get too close.

" haha you are so cheating at least let me get a few hairs." a young woman walked out with another throwing knife ready. When she saw us she took aim at me and makily growled she laughed as though she knew a private joke and threw the knife into a tree.

" my name is seline you dont have to worry about me they only person I will be using for target practice is demon."

seline had blood red hair and what looked like black eyes she didnt look very friendly.

Demon better keep her in control I dont want any new guardians to end up dead.

Dont worry it will be fine they are young and cocky. i think to maliky

Maliky and I were lost in coversation when another wolf came up she looked very skidish she was a shade darker than maliky she looked around terrified. if makily didnt tell me that demon was the youngest I would think she was.

My sister aria she was attacked at a young age.

The boy that was right on her tail looked very shy he looked like a mage he had a walking stick and his hair matched in color of the wolf standing next to him, he had a dirt brown cloak on it looked really heavy.

" um... hello my name is aron this is aria I belive we are the last ones." he looked around with caution. " Sorry we are late" they walked together to infront of maliky and i " you must be the leaders its an honor to meet you."

"Leaders... I think you might have the wrong guardians."

no we are a group who ever bonds first are the leaders.

"Oh, makes since I guess any way, I dont think any one of us know what do to do at this point."

my brother and sisters repeat this to your guardians, from what I have learned from my parents we learn how to be a team, fighting and other useful skills and we will learn about eachother about our past and what we want to do in the future I guess.

We walked most of the night learned of our strangthes and our weaknesses. Aron was infact a mage and his magic mostly envolved the stars and postions. Aria was attacked by a bear when she was a few years old, the wolfs age like we do, born when we are and die when we die so I guess we are each others life lines. Demon was very reclace when his sister was attacked he didnt run and get help but decided to attack the bear and through his black fur he had a scar by his eye from the bear. Seline was ambitious and ruthless she liked fighting her parents were profeshanal fighers in the city but she longed for the forest I guess we all did. Ryan was a very good tracker and has been since he was young his parents abandonded him at age five and he found them here at age six they used his ability to get money not very good parents. Riya was born right after makily so they have always been close she was a good fighter and an exelent tracker which would make since why those two would be a good bond. I told them about my family my older brother and my little sister my mother and father. Then I spoke for makily he didnt say much just as much as he told me so I told the story like I was the one telling it.

By the time we all were done talking it was well past midnight so aron made a fire and we said good night for more adventers were to come. even though it was late i couldnt not fall asleep as i sat up i notice aron is still awake just staring into the fire with a strange exprestion on his face.

" Everything okay Aaron?" i ask his eyes imediatly find mine it looked like i started him "im sorry if i scared you."

" no its okay im just lost in thought." he said looking back towards the fire. " sorry if i woke you up."

" you didnt, i couldnt sleep and by the looks of it you could not either, tell me what you were thinking about maybe if you get if off your mind we both could sleep." i said hoping to get to know the others like siblings.

" i was just thinking of gretosberg, its where im from." he looked shy about telling me but i didnt want any of us to be shy around each other i wanted us all to be like a family.

" where is that? i have never heard of it before, of course i have never left home so i dont know any other towns names. " i laugh a little and he looked at me with a smirk.

" yeah i suppose not well it is about six days walk following the road through the forest on a wolves back on the other hand it only took a few hours they do run pretty fast dont they?" he looked like he was opening up a little bit more.

" tell me about it please?" i ask with ernest.

" well i have only been allowed to go to the town once and that was with the orphanage owner miss ann. she was nice i liked her, oh no dont get me wrong i liked to place good enough i just wish i knew more like what my mother or father looked like... miss ann said she looked young really young she thinks she fell in love and when she found out she was carring me my father left to scared to be a father and my grandparents shuned her so im sorry for that but its okay. im sorry if im making you sad or anything." he had a sad expression on his face he looked like he was starting to draw back into his mind.

" no, please i would like to hear more." i pleaded for him to continue his story.

" okay" he had a smile now " just dont tell seline i think she would pick a fight with me to toughen me up" he looked a little more at ease now " well the others didnt really like me much, i found out i had magic in my blood when i was ten, one of the older boys was teasing me saying i was miss anns favorite and that i should go be by her side and not be playing outside with the rest of the children, when he punched me we both kinda fell, i felt pounding in my head and the next thing i knew the split lip i had and the other boys knuckles and his knee from falling was healed, after that i could read the stars better than reading a book. i dont know maybe my father had magic in his blood and that is why he vanished, you know what you were right i feel better and i feel like we can be closer now." he looked much happier now he looked into my eyes and i could feel his power from here i think if he worked on his powers he could do great things.

" so tell me how did you meet aria?" i question him eger to hear more from him.

"oh well that was an intersting day," he lays back against aria stretched out his legs, just him getting comfortable first time i have seen him this relaxed all day. " i was always been drawn to the forest and by that smile you have on your face i take it you have to i think we all do. but for some reason i just wanted to be out, to be in the trees just to leave everything for the forest, i even skipped my lessons that day, but when i got out to the woods i just felt something calling me deeper and deeper i think i travled like six miles away from the house, and all the sudden everyting went quiet, no sound at all just silence. i was about to take off cause i was scared and i was never scared of the woods so something was wrong, but when i turned aria was there just staring at me when she bowed her head to me, i sreamed and i mean scream like you would think i was a little girl i turned away from her and was going to take off but i am really bad about paying attention when im in a panic, lets just say my face was introduced to a really thick tree branch." i snickered and he gave me a look that make me laugh a little more.

" oh yeah go ahead and laugh but it hurt a lot, when i woke up aria was laying next to me with some rabbits in front of her. then the crazest thing happend when i was the rabbits, she spoke to me she looked at me and said 'for dinner' that was all she said i would have tried to take off then to but she was just staring at me. so i slowly started to skin the rabbits and made i fire, that was the first time i used my magic to start a fire i just thought fire and the log caught fire. still aria just layed there and watched me she didnt move she just watched my hands cook and eat and when i handed her the second rabbit she took out of my hands, at that point i thought i was going crazy i was thinking to myself did i hear it speak or did i just imagine it, after she was done eating she said thank you and she will watch me as i go home. then she got up and walked away, i sat there for what felt like forever when the fire died out that was when i got up to leave. the entire walk back i could feel her presence and when i could see the gate to the orphanage she left me with just one more word ' aria'. i just thought it was a dream but when i went back out side the next morning, i could hear her voice just calling me she just kept saying 'aaron come im hungry'. when i went back into the forest i felt like a lounitac i asked her how she knew my name, she just said with i swear what looked like a smirk ' you talk a lot in your sleep' and she lead me on one of her hunting trips and the whole way she was telling me that im a guardian and that she was my bond mate and we were to protect the forest, and it was just like that for a couple of days we just talked. when she was hungry we both went hunting and after that day i never went back to the orphanage." he looked complete talking of aria.

" im happy your here aaron." i say with honesty " i am very glad to meet such a special person like you, and i even more happy to get to know you like i have and we just met." the smile i had matched his

"well its late i dont think the others will be very happy if we sleep in tomorrow, but just between you and me i think ryan is going to sleep longer that all of us." his laugh is contagious and soon has me laughing along with him. yes i thought to myself we were going to be real good friends.
