“Can we like … wait to go to the pharmacy ? I should go to work and I need a shower and such”. I look at Danny. “I googled it, and I can take it this afternoon no problem ... it works for like five days, but the earlier the better”.
He looks slightly confused at the change of plans. “Sure, no problem ... go do what you need to do first”.
“Thank you”. I don’t know why I don't just get this over with, but it is like I need to get ready for it, to let it all sink in. “You look tired. Did you sleep badly ?”
“Honestly ... I slept very little at all, there was a lot to ... think about”. He kinda shuffles his feet. “Don't worry about it though, do what you need to do”.
I go over to hug him. “Aww Doudou, it will be alright ... probably there isn’t even a reason to worry”.
