“A chopper ... seriously Danny, you are taking me for a helicopter ride ?” She looks in awe as I turn into the small airfield.
I smile at her enthusiasm. “I am, but to be honest it’s just the means to get us where we are going fast”.
“Oh ... where are we going ? Can I know ?” She looks at me with her eyes shining excitedly.
“I think we should keep it a surprise”. I tell her. I love that happy glint in her eyes when she gets excited or happy about something, she is so cute and beautiful like this.
She pouts, but then smiles. “Okay, I trust you”.
“Thank you”. I park, then I take her hand, kissing it. “I am happy you do”.
I jump out of the car and go around to open her door. She gets out, smiling at me. “No, thank you”.
I offer her my arm and lead her to the waiting helicopter
