I was looking at the stars while walking on the seashore when I saw someone sitting on a sand.
His body built was very much familiar. Nakayuko siya at parang ang lalim ng iniisip. As I walk towards him, I could confirmed that it was Gerald.
I sighed as I sat beside him. My eyes were fix at the peaceful waves of the sea, but I could see on my peripheral that he glanced at me.
"Miss Karmina ikaw pala."
I looked at him and gave him a warm smile. "Mas malalim pa ata sa dagat 'yong iniisip mo ah." I chuckled.
He showed me again the laughter that I had encountered the first time I met him; genuine, but this time fragile.
"Hindi naman masyado; grabe ka naman." His almond eyes were flashing a hint of sadness despite of him, laughing.
"Malungkot ka 'no?" I was not used to seeing his eyes
