When I saw Shawn’s text, honestly it confused me. I really didn’t understand why he even texted me.
I just got into trouble with my parents because I didn’t come home right away and start dinner. Kayla had to do it, and Kayla threw a huge fit.
You think your mother would be happy that you are spending time with friends. I mean she’s always it when it’s Kayla that’s doing it. But with me, it’s a problem.
And it’s not like I do this all the time. It's not often but I spend time with Nina after school. A lot of times when I’m hanging out with Nina it’s on the weekends when it’s not an inconvenience for my family.
It is what it is. So the last thing I want to do is text with a guy who won’t acknowledge me during the day. So it was even more confusing as he is now calling me.
