THE DEAD UPRISING

Episode 6: Assistance

After the group were saved from the herd due to the blast, they had to make a plan and decide what is next, where can they go to save themselves from the Dead.

The herd was now far from the group due to the distraction of the sound of blast which came from the streets.

James told everyone, lets get our things and get out from here, follow me guys I will take everyone to the car which I saw before, there were more vehicles nearby which will be enough for everyone to get away from this city.

The group followed James and left the building, Jack and his friends were looking everywhere in fear and were sensitive for all the sounds coming nearby them.

The sound of the wind blowing, the steel gates moving from the wind, cans rolling on the floor.

James saw them and slowly walked towards them, he said.

Kids you need to be strong, you are safe for now, the Dead are away from us due to the blast before, so just be with everyone in the group and you all will be safe.

After speaking to Jack and his friends he turned back to Thomas and smiled.

Thomas said with a low voice: Thanks..

James smiled too and started to lead the group towards the vehicle.

He said not to far from here just keep following me.

The group kept following James, soon they reached the place where James had seen the Vehicles.

James told them to stop, and said I will check the streets again to see if everything is clear.

He stepped forward and checked if everthing was clear or not, when James went nearby the car he saw someone nearby trying to get the car started.

James ran towards him and said hey you there stop.

The guy looked at James and said, so you have survived too.

James asked him are you alone or do you have anyone with you.

The guy answered, no I am alone, I was just waiting for the Dead to go away, then there was a blast which dragged the attention of the Dead.

So I came out and saw some cars, so I decided to get them started and get the s**t out of here, these things are creepy, you know they eat us.

James said: I am aware of that, so what's your name?

The guys answered: Oh sorry I forgot to introduce myself, I am Jason.

Hey Jason, I am James nice to meet you (they shook hands).

Jason asked: So you alone too?

Jamed answered: No No, I have a group with me, we are trying to leave this city as this city is full of Dead now.

Jason said: So where are they.

James called the group and introduced them to Jason.

He said so Jason are you leaving the city too.

Jason replied: Yes, why would I stay with this creepy things here, I would rather get out of here.

James said: Okay, so you can join us too, we are getting out of this city and can stay together and protect ourselves.

Jason replied: Yaa, why not, I will join you guys.

James nodded his head and asked him, so you were getting these cars started did it start?.

Jason said, yes we can use them, but there is just 1 vehicle which has fuel in it, and has place for only 6 of them even if we adjust not more then 6 can go in this car.

Ya if some people are ready to sit on the top, they are welcome.

James laughed at him, and said you are funny, so jokes apart do we have any other way so that all of us at once can get out of here.

Jason replied, I am not happy to say this but only 6 of us can leave for now, and I am afraid that there is not that much fuel left to come again to get the remaining people back.

The group had more then 6 people (Jack, Ryan, Tina, Jessy, Thomas, Maria, James, Ken, Paul and other 6 people in the group) they were 15 in total excluding Jason.

After listening to this, everyone in the group had to save their lives so they had to decide who should go.

James said so if we reach to the other city, we can find a fuel there or maybe a car to get these guys back, till then someone has to look after them as there are some kids and women in the group.

Ken and Paul came forward and said, yes we will be waiting here and take shelter to look after the group.

James said so we need to decide which 6 people should be going in the vehicle. Till then Ken take someone with you and check if you can find any car or any vehicle nearby if you find a vehicle move towards west of the city, we will meet you there, keep your walky talky on and handy, got it.

Ken replied: Yes sir!!!

James told it is not safe to discuss this here, we need to go somewhere safe.

Jason: Hey I know a place nearby that is a garage, I was living there and I could take you guys at that place.

James replied: Great Jason, thanks for this.

Yeah you are welcome, Jason told them to follow him and they can go to the garage he told about.
