***HERA’S POV***
When Ezra told me he needed us to stay put I could hear the uncertainty in his voice. Like he wasn’t sure he wanted to tell us whatever it is that he needs to tell us.
And then him telling me to have Rhett get a hold on Ember before he can tell us what is going on. I don’t like where this is going.
‘Ezra before you start, tell me what’s going on first.. Just through the mind link.’ I said to him, I’m the Alpha and I need to be in front of things in my pack.
‘It’s difficult to say either way but I guess it could be easier to tell you first. Maybe have them go check on the twins though. Your reaction might flag them.’ He says, which is a great idea.
“Hey Rhett. Ember. Will you two go grab a few drinks and check on the twins please. We have been here a while.” I said
