***Julianna’s POV***
I am in complete shock. Ezra had never had an enemy. My Lycan and I have followed him loyally. Even if he was just seen as a human in this company, he has always been kind, fair but stern. I think in the last few years he started to disconnect a little. But that could be because Lucien was waking up and knew his mate was close by.
When we got to that room, and I saw Ezra, something happened to me. I’m pissed. Ezra is like a brother to me. He looks out for me and my son, he never tries anything and if I need anything he helps. But something else happened. The smell of blood of the one we all follow overwhelmed me.
But the sooner we find out what happened to Ezra and why, the better off we will be. All I want to do now is get Lane to safety within Hera’s pack. Damio
