It was later in the day when Debbie decided she would go- she'd waited a few hours, make sure that Edward was long gone but couldn't spare another second. Edward could be back as soon as tomorrow and she had to be sure to put as much distance between them as possible. Debbie fiddled with the door, holding the knob steady so it wouldn't wobble. She hadn't really expected it to work, so she wasn't too disappointed when she couldn't get it to budge, even after removing the screws.
