Chapter 6 

Feyre's POV

Listening to everything that Kaden has said about his past threw me off a little, not only was he hiding who he was, he was hiding the rest of his pack. Graham wasn't only his best friend but was also his Beta, in fact half the people of this pack were actually under Kadens authority not Alpha Daniels. 

"I just need a minute."

Walking into the bathroom I locked the door and stared into the mirror, replaying all of what Kaden just told me.

"I came to this pack when I was 15, before that we had been to many other packs but none had felt truly safe. If some of the members had found their mates in those packs then they stayed, but otherwise we would keep moving, constantly on the run from him. That was until Daniel found us. He took us all in as if it was second nature, he doesn't know what pack we are or our titles, but he treated us with respect and gave us all homes and jobs quickly. "

His stare was unwavering as I looked into those beautiful forest green eyes, the amount of emotion being conveyed as he told me his past was almost overwhelming.

"2 years ago I told Daniel who I was along with the rest of my pack, immediately he wanted to back down and let me have free rein, but I couldn't do that to his pack. This was his, mine was destroyed, I wasn't going to take something that wasn't mine. 

Over time I became a hunter for this pack, and soon Daniel dropped the idea of me helping him run the pack. He knows who I am but doesn't address it due to everything thats happened. That was at least until we got word about those that had destroyed my home. They were a pack of Rogues, but they had an Alpha leading them. Not only this but he was said to have been stronger than half of my top warriors, along with a sort of light that he can emit. That light is said to burn any wolf that comes into contact with it. 

After these rumours were heard, Daniel put the pack in lockdown, we haven't been out of this land in a year and no rogues have come close to our borders. That was until you, and then I met you and here we are now."

He had told me his past and it didn't scare me. I mean, yeah I know it's supposed to, but it just made me want to stay with him more. The fact that he trusted me enough with his past made me want to tell him mine.

I could hear him whimpering outside my door, I didn't think it had been that long but he obviously thought I wasn't accepting him. Opening the bathroom door I didn't see Kaden but rather is wolf curled up on the bed, those beautiful green eyes followed me as I approached him. Reaching out with my hand, his fur felt like silk and the sparks that came from the contact warmed me through.

"I'm sorry baby, I didn't mean to scare you it was a lot to process."

His eyes seemed to understand what I was saying, but I wish I could tell him more.

We understand, it's just hard to see our mate in pain.

That voice, it sounded like him but slightly different. It hit me that his wolf had spoke to us, for the first time in years I had heard another wolf speak to me apart from my own slightly annoying one.

"Whats your name?"

Lucien, it's so nice to meet you darling.

I chuckled as he tried to be smooth with his introduction, at this he c****d his head trying to understand what I had found funny. His tongue then ran a line up my face which left slobber on my left cheek, I feigned disgust hoping he wouldn't do it again. Unfortunately he did but his tongue hit my neck, right on the spot where he would mark me. This sent a shiver down my spine and my core started to heat, it was such a simple act yet it started such a big reaction in my body.

He growled in appreciation of my bodies reaction to him, his eyes shitting from green to black, his wolf obviously fighting for control. Before it could get worse I backed up, making my way towards the door but I never made it. Tackled to the ground by a warm body, Kadens nose was in the crook of my neck taking in my scent. Simply from him being so close to me it made my body ache, and an involuntary moan escaped me.

"Someone enjoying this?"

Kadens voice was husky, moving my body up towards him, he groaned in appreciation. I hadn't thought this through properly as it finally dawned on me, he was naked. I tried to push him off, but the minute my hands hit his chest they had a mind of their own, they were roaming across his shoulders tracing the muscles along his back. Kaden shivered as my fingertips travelled over his torso, he began his own teasing but using his lips. Moving his head from my neck his lips followed my collarbone, stopping at the bottom of my neck. His hands were pulling the neck of my top out the way so he could get more access to my skin, huffing in frustration I pushed him off me only to pull my top over my head and throwing it somewhere in the room. Those beautiful green eyes widened at my sudden movement as my breathing became more erratic. His eyes traced from my neck down to my chest, the lace bra that Clarissa had given me was barely containing my breasts lying down. Dipping his head he pressed a soft kiss between my breasts, I whimpered at this and it seemed to be the only encouragement Kaden needed, moving the fabric my n****e was immediately erect, anticipating his mouth to cover them. But he didn't, he teased me by kissing and biting around them, leaving his mark on my skin.

Having enough of his teasing, I pushed him off me and changed our positions so I was straddling him. Inching closer to his body, I ground myself against his length, the fact that I was still in my jeans created more friction and a satisfied groan came from his mouth. Kadens eyes were shifting, his wolf wanting to come out and play but I wasn't quite done. Leaning forward so I was covering him, my lips found their way to his neck, leaving my own marks on his body. 

His hands roamed their way down and started kneading my cheeks, that movement made me grind harder into him, loving the friction against my c**t. My lips travelled along to the crook of his neck, my wolf wanted to come out and play as I felt my canines protruding, I grazed them against his neck which sent shivers down his body. His d**k twitched against me, the anticipation to bite him was so high, but then I looked at him.

I hadn't even thought about my eyes because his face said everything, they were purple. Moving myself off his body I ran to the bathroom and locked the door. Again. They were f*****g bright purple, thank you so much Sierra!

Hey you were having fun, I didn't want to miss out on time with our mate!

"How am I supposed to explain this then? Oh yeah, umm, just to let you know. I'm the Moon Goddess daughter. Sorry. I mean what the hell!"

Pacing the room I had to try and get back in control, otherwise all hell would break loose. For the past 12 years I've done such a good job at keeping myself in check, no random bursts of anger or uses of my power, but then he comes along. 

Kaden.

Goddess he makes me want to lose control and never look back. But this, this isn't something you can get over just like that.

Now what the f**k am I supposed to do...
