          Pain I could feel lots of pain. After a time I regained my hearing only to hear “All evidence points to your kind leach!”

 “If my kind did it why would I hurt my cousin and leave her at the scene?”

“Oh I don’t know to prove your innocents!”

“Val please don’t ruin the peace both of us worked hard to get”

“Sorry Kira but until I get my son back I am not going to be peaceful! And your cousin is staying with us! Once you return my son I will return your cousin! Guards! Escort her highness off pack territory!”

        I could hear footsteps entering and leaving the room. It was then that my eyes and voice finally decided to start functioning. I groaned at the bright light when I opened my eyes. When my eyes finally adjusted I could see I was in Zuko’s room laying on his semi plush bed.

        ZUKO! I shot up only to see Val leaning against the wooden wall. “Where is your mate Leach!” he shouted. I jumped at the harsh treatment that I not too long ago treated him like. “I d-don’t know” “To hell with that you know you just won’t tell!” Val growled out “I swear I don’t know. The last thing I remember was some monster dragging Zu Zu through a portal” “ZU ZU!” he shouted. Oops did I call Zuko by the nickname my head came up with? I looked at his furious face seeing it lessen before fully calming down. “His mother called him that” he murmured so softly that I only heard because of my vampire hearing, “how did you know about that? Even he doesn’t remember.” He continued softly. “I-I don’t know it just came to me when Zuko led me to your cabin.” His brow furrowed before an idea seem to enter his eyes. “Are you by any chance a vampire seer?” I pondered for a moment, “Well my mother was one so I suppose there is a possibility of that” He nodded and started pacing the room. He shook his head as if he was trying to pull his mind out of where it was going. “You really don’t know where he is do you?” I shook my head. He sighed stopped pacing and pinched the bridge of his nose. “My kind didn’t take him it was a mon-” “You over heard that!” The anger was back with a vengeance. “Then you do know but will not tell! Ezio! The door opened to reveal a sorrowful Ezio “Yes High Alpha” “Make sure she does not leave this building understood!” “Yes sir” Ezio said almost robotically. Val then stormed out of Zuko’s home.

        I looked up at Ezio who still hadn’t moved. He looked devastated and despite my situation I had compassion on him. So I walked up and hugged him “It will be alright we will find him and get him back.” I said softly My shoulder started to get wet from his silent tears “Thank you Luna and I know it wasn’t your kind that took him.” Ezio said softly “You do?” I replied shocked “Correction I do” a third voice said. Quickly pulling away from Ezio I asked “Who- who are you?” He stepped in to the light revealing his 5’ 6” height, short black hair, and tanned muscular physique. “Names Mace I am Zuko’s Chosen Delta and I know Demon craft when I see it” “Th-that thing was a d-d-d-” “Demon? Yes it was” he interrupted. “In fact I have faced him before” “really?” I asked surprised, “Yes his name is Grougaloragran a demon that can only be summoned by a class 10 warlock or witch. Class 10 being the highest level of strength for a Magic user. He loves to torture prisoners” “TORTURE!” I screeched making both Zuko and Mace wince. “sorry” I murmured.

        Mace further explained that Groug was the demon that tortured and killed his whole pack single handedly making me even more worried for my mate. Oh how did things get like this I mean before all we had to deal with was James…

                                                    The week before Delta explained mates

       I once again drove my 2015 Chevrolet corvette to school and once again Zuko was there to help me out. “Good morning beautiful” “Good morning Zuko and thanks for helping me on my werewolf homework” “No problem feel free to call me anytime” Then the one guy I hated the most showed up “Back off mutt this is my girlfriend” James Cadell said grapping my arm roughly and dragging me to his chest. “First off I am not your anything and second let go” I demanded, He gave me a sickly grin. Sickly to me that is. The other female vampires that came to watch swooned at it. I could see my BFF Faith trying to push through the crowd to get to me but to no avail. “Let her go James that is your name isn’t it?” Zuko said obviously trying to keep a growl from being in his voice. “Oh make me oh so powerful son of the High Alpha” James mocked. I tried to break free of his hold with out turning this into a fight. Even though I hate my cousin I myself don’t want to fight with werewolves anymore especially with this cute charming werewolf that is currently trying to save me with out starting a fight. Zuko punched James in the face. Scratch that Zuko is no longer trying not to start a fight.

        James released me and started to brawl with Zuko. He flexed his muscles trying to scare Zuko off but to no avail. The vampire girls however squealed. I rolled my eyes when internally I was trying not to squeal as Zuko took off his shirt revealing more and bigger muscles then James could even dream of. I wasn’t however able to stop my jaw dropping. Zuko smirked when he noticed and James glanced over at me getting angrier seeing how I was looking at Zuko. An all-out brawl began James was barely holding his own as Zuko was punching and kicking seemingly as fast as a vampire. Maybe even faster. Then came the teachers Delta pulling Zuko off James while Vlad dragged a kicking and screaming James away from Zuko saying random junk like “He stole my girl” or “He brainwashed my girlfriend”. Zuko and I aren’t even dating yet and here he is jumping to conclusions. That was when a nasty idea came to my mind and since we had a crowd now was a perfect time. Sorry Zuko but I want our people to stay peaceful. I walked up to Zuko and said, “My hero” Loud enough for the screaming James to hear I then proceeded to grab Zuko’s shirt, pull him down to my level and kiss him full on the lips. Some vampires gasped in horror others like my BFF cheered. Some werewolves were shocked but all of them cheered especially when Zuko did the unexpected and kissed me back.

                                                                    Present time

       I traced my lips remembering the feeling of our first kiss. “Sia, Yo hey Sia” Ezio called pulling me out of my memories. “Ya” I said a little confused “What do you think of our plan?” He asked. “Uhhh what plan” I replied Ezio face palmed “I guess we will explain it again since someone wasn’t listening."
