I didn't know what to think, or to feel. Should I be broken, empty, depressed, or numb? There were a lot of emotions flowing through me.
The main one was the betrayal. Not knowing what to say I looked at them in that room with a little hope in me. I was just waiting for them to say it was all a sick joke.
Even if I wanted that to happen I could tell that it wasn't. The longer the silence the sick I felt to be in that room.
