“Alpha Daniel, thank you.” I said, standing up immediately.
“Are you sure you wouldn't stay the night here?” He asked.
I scoffed, “Stay the night? I have to be at the Starweaver pack by morning.”
“That pack is thirty six hours away from here.” He pointed out.
“My drivers would make it in lesser time.” I said, looking at Jephta.
I urged Alpha Daniel to sit back and enjoy his rest.
“Make sure you come back with her safely.” He said.
“Oh, on my life I will.” I growled.
“What did you see?” I asked as we walked out. “The cameras on the pack showed Caleb walking past, and then by his side was Rai, and she looked hurt.”
He showed me the footage, and he was very right. They were on the Star weaver pack.
