Our squad quickly moved away from the village of Lychevo, heading northwest. Far behind us, a huge fire blazed, thick black smoke rising to a great height. As I promised, we had held a fire funeral for Roman's deceased relative that morning. And now, even after the girls had gone deep into the forest, I still lingered, constantly glancing back. Alien invaders must be interested in such activity in the village! And I was right! A black, triangular craft appeared above the smoky fire, made a wide circle above the village, and, gaining altitude, disappeared into the clouds. It seemed these craft could be lured in, or, conversely, diverted to clear the way! Very valuable knowledge!
