Triangular dark ships became a rare sight. They appeared over the Polygon on average only once every three days and continued on their way without stopping. The flying hunters posed no particular danger, since on the very first evening of my arrival at the Polygon, I ordered a 24-hour watch to be established in the control tower near the runway.
