Chapter One

694 Words
Bali - Indonesia, May 12, 2021 I closed my eyes for a moment to let the night breeze caress my face before deciding to step into the villa again. The sound of a dog barking from a distance sounded faint, as if it had transformed into a beautiful melody of its own in my five senses of hearing. I am pointing my index finger at a DNA slide on the left of the villa door. And not long after, a little needle came out of it. After deliberately pricking my index finger until it spit out a meaningless drop of blood, the needle went back in to scan. Until a very familiar voice came from the super-sophisticated security device. "DNA accepted. Welcome back, Miss Vaea." For your information, everything I own – I have many luxury villas and apartments scattered in various parts of the world – has a door lock system like this. If other villas usually use codes, passwords or fingerprint scanners to enter as their security, I am required to use blood DNA. And if you ask why blood? The answer is simple. Because if I use my hair, it will be easy for others to get it. What about sweat? Well, should I run in place first, do splits, somersaults, left and right hops or gymnastics like an i***t and a moron in front of the door so I can make a little sweat every time I open the door? DEFINITELY NO! Then what about saliva? Should I answer it because it's obvious disgusting to me, even to those of you reading this story? 'KLIK' The door opened automatically and I immediately stepped into the villa. After the door was closed and automatically locked, the lights in the villa turned on by itself because of someone's presence. I went to the kitchen, took two cans of isotonic drink from the refrigerator, then immediately went up to the second floor with relaxed steps. Until I arrived in front of a white door at the very end of the second floor. I stopped in my tracks, stared at the door for a moment before slowly opening it. Ceklek ... Dark and silent. That's what I saw the first time. "I'm back, honey..." my voice is soft. I want him to know that I'm already here. After entering and closing the door, the light in the room came on. And faintly, a muffled sob could be heard from the corner of the room. Staring in the direction where the voice came from, I walked over to her. "Hey, don't cry," I said as I wiped the tears that kept running down my cheeks. However, she completely ignored my words. The girl actually tried to move her slightly trembling body away from me. I sighed patiently. Then gave me the sweetest smile I had. Am I not good? With this, I hope she doesn't get scared and cry anymore. "Don't cry, I don't like whiny people," I said still in a soft tone. "Drink this!" I handed the girl a can of isotonic drink I had brought with me. She shook her head weakly, refusing, as the sobs grew louder and louder. Enough already! She makes me so sick! "SHUT UP!!" I snapped at last. However, again the girl would not listen. Now she was crying wailing while muttering incoherently. Every now and then she shook his head without even daring to look me in the eye. I snorted harshly, throwing the drink can I was carrying in any direction. So, I gripped the girl's chin so I could see her face clearly now. The girl's big swollen left eyelid was pressed shut. SHe looked wet from tears and dried blood running down her cheeks. Her right eye was swollen from being swollen from crying for too long. My eyes dropped down just to see lips that had been torn a few millimeters to the side by a sharp object. Hm, my work is really beautiful. I'm the one who made her like this. "Want to play again?" I whispered softly. SHe shook his head quickly. And that answer made my heart not happy.
