The Next Day After Graduation
"Mom can you pass me those plates?"
"Here you go Dani."
"Thank you", I said as I placed two more plates around the dinner table and straightened the table cloth.
"This dinner was a nice idea sweetie. Is it just Aiden coming?" Mom asked and I shrugged just as the doorbell rang.
"Something like that." I replied and went to open it.
As soon as I opened it, I was greeted by my first invited guest.
"Come on in."
"Are you sure about this Danica?"
I waved Richard off and pushed him towards the kitchen.
"You're needed here for what I want to do. So don't piss me off and we're good."
"Danica, who's at the-Hell No!" My mom screamed as she caught sight of Richard standing by the door.
