Today's been a trip and I'm wiped out. I haven't really been sleeping that well. So many thoughts racing through my mind all the time make it hard. A good hot shower sounds so good, so as soon as Teagan is done in the bathroom I grab my stuff and slip in as she leaves. I turn the water on full blast hot and just stand there, the water dissolving some of the tension from my neck and shoulders. I take special pains washing my hair with my coconut-infused shampoo. My favorite scent permeates the bathroom as I rub my hair into a generous lather of coconut foam. The steam created by my scalding hot shower almost takes my breath when I open the shower door.
