Allyna had no choice but to get into the van. She had planned to avoid sitting beside Ram because, truthfully, she didn't want to be too close to him. But before she could react, he pulled her toward him, causing her to lose her balance and land on his lap. Heat immediately rushed to her cheeks. She knew she was blushing. Embarrassed, she quickly moved away and sat properly. She had already noticed the driver stealing glances through the rearview mirror, making the situation even more awkward.
