I shifted to my wolf and started to run around the pack to let out the tension, the rage, the f*****g hate that was pumping through my veins.
I ran full speed feeling the wind caressing my fur. Those runs always helped me and my wolf to calm down, to burn some steamy in the rawest way, in my wolf skin. Sometimes just being in my wolf form, shutting the rational side, and letting only instinct prevail for a while, could appease the strong and overwhelming emotions I have.
