Chapter fifteen

I sighed up for a Baking competition that I saw on i********:. The competition involves baking with creativity. It means that the person with the most creative cake design wins the competition. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and practiced hard too.

On the fateful day, I was nervous when the competition was about to begin. Chris, Ciara, Mike and Dave were there to cheer me up. The competition was aired on Television and it made me more nervous whenever I think of my parents watching the show. Everyone possibly did their best for the competition. While studying my co-competitors, I could see nervousness when the results were called out. Weird enough, I was not even nervous when the results were called out. I know you probably think I won right? But I didn't, I was rather the first runner up. But I won my first two million to myself. The winner went home with four million while I went home with two million and the second runner up, well he went home with one million naira. Though we got these monetary gifts, we were also given other gifts like Cake mixer, Refrigerator, generator, bags of flour, Icing sugar and so on. I didn't win but I was quite satisfied with the results. It's not always a win-win situation sometimes it's nice to see others bean with joy too. I can't imagine how happy I was to see the winner jumping up and down after she was declared the winner.

On getting home that day, we had a little celebration. Everyone left after that and I was left with this boyfriend of mine.

" Baby boo, what are you going to congratulate me with?"

" What do you want?"

I hugged him tight and said;

" Whatever you can give is enough"

With this he tickled again. He asked to bath together. Well it's fun bathing with someone you love you know. He scrubbed my back and slowly drew me closer to himself. He turned the shower on and kissed me.

"Is this type of gift enough?"

I tried to avoid his eyes but didn't succeed.

He carried me to the bed after bath and we had s*x. We played alot after that before he asked one silly question.

"Which of the s*x positions we had is your favorite?"

" What is name of today's stlye?"

" It's called 'Legs on Shoulders' that why you legs were on my Shoulders"

" Chris, don't you get shy while talking about s*x huh?"

"Shy? Why do I need to get shy discussing our s*x life, if I don't discuss it with you then who would I discuss it with. And I need to know which of them is my woman's favorite only then I will know how give it to you the way you want"

" Stop Chris let's talk about it later"

" I insist Gelly, why are you even shy ? It's just you and I here. Come on baby please"

"My fav is this last one, Legs on Shoulders, what is yours"

" Do I even have a choice"

He held me closer to his chest and kissed my forehead.
