Oh s**t. Tonight is the NEW MOON!

 Three days later Devlin, Hayden, Xavier and Charlie went to the grocery store while Aunt Lily went to her daily Yoga class. They knew they had to load the deep freezer and the refrigerator with tons of meat and anything with protein an carbs. There were gonna be 4 Werewolves in Aunt Lily's house keeping an eye on things while they traveled to New York. You sure this is a good idea? Devlin asked Xavier. Yes, Lily asked me to get four of my most responsible men to come keep an eye on the cabin. Xavier stated for the third time. They won't do anything to tear the place up, they will keep it safe, they will rip apart any demon, rogue, or fairy that even thinks about stepping foot in that cabin. Xavier explained. I think it will be fine. Hayden said to Devlin with a kiss. Now, what do you guys want for the cookout? Charlie asked. Cause I told the whole pack that they can come for that! Charlie explained. How about T-Bone Steaks, Ribs, Chicken Breasts, and Hamburger and Hot dogs. Xavier said with a smile. We are feeding the whole pack. Hayden said. Good idea! Let's just get everything we can think of. Potato salad, macaroni salad, chips, beer, soda, liquior! Let's go all out! Hayden laughed. Charlie gave her a smile. I love that the Happy Hayden is back.... It makes me happy! Hayden just walked up an hugged Charlie. I'm glad I'm back too...it's been to long!. Now, is there gonna be a problem with me? Devlin asked. Nope! All my pack members know that if they mess with you or even look at you wrong they will be punished. Xavier growled. I explained everything to them an they all understood. Xavier explained. I don't want to be the cause of anyone going rogue. Devlin said. No it's not gonna be a problem, I assure you. Xavier said. Stop being a worry wart. Hayden said hugging him. We are gonna have a great time! 

After spending $742.80 at the grocery store, they stepped outside and spotted a boutique with summer clothes. The Girls smiled and told the men to put the groceries in the car an they went to the boutique an picked up a few dresses... After that they headed back to the cabin to put the food up and get everything marinated for the cookout that evening. Charlie and Xavier were literally running back and forth while Hayden an Devlin marinated the chicken breast, and seasoned the steaks. Charlie got the huge cooler an filled it with ice, put the beer and liquor in the outdoor refrigerator by the grill an bar area on the back patio. She placed floating candles in the pool to give off more light.  Xavier placed cups and plates and silverware on the food table. Aunt Lily really had the complete setup for a party. She has the built in grill an countertop with a mini fridge and sink area. There were even burners on the other side of the grill attached to another countertop. It went halfway around the patio. Then the bar island was on the right and then it stepped down to the pool area. It was amazing. Charlie and Hayden always had a great time coming to visit in the past because they always had a BBQ an swam in the pool. Aunt Lily stepped out with a plate of hamburgers and hotdogs an placed them on the counter. We will put those in after the ribs and steaks. Lily said. Ok... We have gotten everything set up out here. Charlie explained. Xavier helped me with all the drinks and plates an other stuff that needed to be out here. She continued. Hayden an Devlin came out with the chicken an steaks an added them to the counter top. I've already got the ribs in the smoker. I'll go ahead and put the steaks an chicken on the grill. Devlin said. Xavier walked up to Charlie and have her a long kiss. Are you ready for tonight baby? Xavier asked. Oh yeah it's gonna be great having everyone over! Charlie exclaimed. Xavier got a nervous look in his silver eyes and looked Charlie in her eyes. No...... Not the cookout.... Are you ready for the New Moon? Xavier asked nervously. OH s**t. TONIGHT IS THE NEW MOON! Charlie yelled. Oh my God Xavier, we have been so busy I lost track of time, I don't know.......I....DON'T KNOW.....I don't know....if I'm ready...Charlie cried. I'm so nervous Xavy! I didn't think I would be, but........ I am. Charlie said while gripping him tightly. It's ok babe, I'll be here for you. You will not go through anything by yourself....ok. Xavier said kissing her cheek. It's not for another 9 hours. Have a drink, that will calm your nerves a little...ok? Xavier asked. Ok. I'm gonna have a drink. Charlie said breathing a little fast. Hayden ran up to Charlie immediately noticing her friend was hyperventilating. Charlie it's ok! Calm down.... Deep breaths.... Xavier can you make her a strawberry vodka and red bull. Remember...... Deep breaths..you have done this for me for a long time...it helps..... Deep breaths girl. Calm down...it's ok... We are all here for you. Hayden assured her with a calm voice. Hayden...I'm so scared. I didn't think I would be.....but I am! It's ok to be scared Charlie, but I promise, we are all here! Hayden said again. Aunt Lily came up and held Charlie while she cried. It's ok Love. Auntie is here. Let it all out baby girl. Xavier felt awful. He did this to his mate. He made her cry. He thought he had made everything crystal clear to her. It had to have been something the female wolves told her. he said to Devlin. She will be ok. She is just a little nervous. Devlin explained to Xavier. Go give her the drink. It will calm her nerves. Devlin said. Xavier walked up to his mate cautiously. Charlie here. Take a drink baby. Xavier said slowly. Charlie looked at Xavier and seen the worry in his silver eyes. She got up and hugged him. I'm so sorry baby, I didn't want to make you feel bad. I just got a little nervous. It kind of snuck up on me. I'm gonna keep an open mind and I'll be optimistic about it. I just got a little overwhelmed. I love you Xavier. He felt instant relief. He took his mate and hugged her securely. I love you too..... Did one of the girls say something to you? Xavier asked. No they were great.....I don't know what came over me. I was just overwhelmed. Charlie said again. I'm okay now. What time is it? She asked. It's 3:30pm hunny. Xavier said. Ok the pack will be here soon, let's get the show on the road! Charlie exclaimed with a smile. I'm gonna go fix my makeup now. Hayden do you want to go freshen up? Charlie said with a wink. Yes of course, we will let the men help Aunt Lily while we go upstairs real quick. Hayden said

 They walked into the bathroom and shut the door. Hayden turned around and looked at Charlie with concern in her green eyes. Charr? Are you okay? I know it's a lot to take in! Yes, I'm okay Hay Hay! I just got freaked out when Xavier reminded me that it was the New Moon tonight. I thought I would be fine, but I spoke with the mates of a few of the Pack memebers, the girls all said they changed.... I guess I thought  if there was only a chance that I would change ..... That maybe..... Just maybe ...I could stay myself. Charlie .....even if you do change... You will still be yourself! You will just be stronger and faster and you can change when you want .....it's only mandatory the first change because that is too see if you are going to change into a werewolf. Hayden explained. Yeah...that doesn't seem so bad. The girls said it's totally worth it! Charlie said. Ok...then let's "freshen up" and then go get drunk! Hayden exclaimed. 

They changed into the outfits they bought when they left the grocery store at the boutique. Charlie wore a little black dress with her black heels and Hayden fixed Charlie's hair into a nice curly updo with black rhinestones. She looked stunning with her golden tan and platinum blonde hair. Hayden put on her little light pink dress and her light pink high heels to match. Charlie helped her put up her massively think long black hair into a curly updo like her own and put light pink rhinestones it in as well. They both looked like they were ready to party. Haydens tan was getting dark as well being out in the garden with Lily and Devlin everyday. Soon as they stepped out of the bathroom, Aunt Lily was walking towards them an stopped in her tracks. OH MY GOODNESS..... You two are so beautiful..... and.....grown up! Aunt Lily said with tears in her eyes. Awwwww Aunt Lily we will never be too grown up for our Auntie! Charlie exclaimed. Now let's go get you ready Auntie! Hayden said. I bought you a dress earlier, I'm dying to see what it looks like on you! She said. Ok.... I haven't dressed up in awhile Lily said as she followed them to the bedroom. Hayden took the dress out of the closet and held it up to her. It was a long white dress with lace around the bottom... Almost like a sundress... It's beautiful...I'll wear it for you guys. Lily stated. Lily was a pretty lady anyway. But when she came out in the dress Charlie gasp. Auntie you look amazing! Now will you let us do your hair and makeup? Hayden asked. Sure, why not! Lily said. After putting light makeup on Lily they did her platinum blonde hair in an updo like their own..except she had white rhinestones in her hair. Her and Charlie had the same color hair...it was uncanny. 

When all three of them walked outside to the patio, Devlin and Xavier was speechless. After a minute of staring at the three of them. Devlin said you ladies look amazing! Xavier nodded and said.  .... We are gonna have to hide you guys from the pack or we will be fighting all night! Devlin an Xavier walked up to their women and took them into a big hug. Come here Lily! Xavier said. I'd like to give you a hug too. Lily walked up to him and they all hugged each other. I think my pack mates are gonna be flirting with you all night Xavier said to Lily. Now I know you are full of s**t! Lily laughed. Let's get some drinks! Charlie said.

5:00pm rolled around and the Pack Members started showing up. Hunter an Tyler showed up first and grabbed a drink. Then Alex an Sierra with Lant and Sara. Then Paisley and Bran. They all stood in a group drinking. Xavier walked over to them with Devlin. Guys I would like you to meet Devlin...we have became good friends in the past few days and I would like you guys to be friends as well. Everyone introduced themselves and said their hello and nice to meet you. . Devlin was surprised. I really thought they wouldn't like me. I told you they are pretty obedient when it comes to taking orders. Xavier said. Hayden walked up to Devlin and asked him to help Lily. They walked together over to where Lily was an helped her get the food off the grill and set it on the table. Derrick and Damon strolled into the back yard and got a drink. Xavier walked over to them and asked them if they had met Lily. No I've heard a lot about her. Derrick saId. Damon shook his head. Well I wanna introduce you guys to her..She is great. Xavier stated. Derrick and Damon walked with Xavier over to where Lily was laughing with Devlin. She turned around when Xavier approached her. Lily this is my Beta Derrick. Derrick this is Lily. When Derrick made eye contact with Lily and shook her hand he stopped dead in his tracks, Wow..... You are stunning! Derrick said. Hello Derrick I'm Lily.... Thank You! That's very nice of you to say.....  I'm guessing by the sparks I'm feeling going up my arm that your my mate, she stated like she was talking about the weather. Yes....Yea I believe so. Derrick said. Well It's been a long time since I've been in love with a werewolf...do you want to claim me now or wait until after the New Moon? Lily asked bluntly. Wellllll....my wolf wants to claim you now...but I would like to get to know you. Derrick said. Well we will have all the time in the world now to get to know each other but I know the New Moon is coming in 6 and a half hours and I would like to know if I'm going to be a werewolf or not. Lily stated matter of factly. Xavier couldn't believe what he was hearing. He looked at Damon and he shrugged his shoulders. Okay...Derrick said nervously. You wanna go to my room Lily asked. Sure Derrick said. They headed into the house to mate. Xavier's mind was blown. Well I was going to introduce you to Lily Damon but I guess we didn't see that coming! Xavier laughed and headed to his mate with Damon beside him. Ummm.... baby, I have to tell you something...Please don't freak out. But...your Aunt and my Beta just mated! Xavier explained while holding her hands. Are you serious! That's great! My Aunt has been so lonely since Robert walked out on her!! I'm so happy for her! Charlie screamed loudly and Hayden and Devlin walked over. What's going on? Devlin asked. Auntie is in her room mating with the Beta as we speak!  Charlie exclaimed to Hayden. Well now you won't have to go through the change alone. Hayden said. Yep Auntie is gonna be a werewolf with me! Charlie laughed. They all celebrated the New members of the pack. Drinking and eating an swimming in the pool. 3 hours later Aunt Lily came out hand in hand with Derrick and her hair was crazy, falling down all over the place and she had a new claiming Mark on her shoulder. Derrick's face was flush and his eyes were glowing a bright teal, They both looked happy and in love. Derrick kissed her neck and Lily smiled. Charlie and Hayden ran up to Lily and embraced her. We are so happy for you! Charlie exclaimed. Well hun, This man doesn't know what he is in for. Lily laughed. I think he does Auntie ....He just took you to bed, I bet he does know what he is in for. Charlie said. Yep I know Derrick said laughing. Well should we add another person to trip? Hayden asked. No I think we are just going to stay here. Aunt Lily said. Ok I'll let Xavier know so he can call off the guys to come stay over. Charlie said. Sounds good to me. LIly stated and gave Derrick a peck on the lips. We could use some alone time! Derrick said. We have 3 hours until the New Moon. Are you ready for this Charlie? Lily asked. Yep I've got a good buzz, I've calmed down alot...I'm fine now ...really. Charlie said taking Xaviers hand. We will get through this no matter what happens. Xavier said. Let's party!!!! Sierra yelled. Paisley went over and turned up the music. They partied until and danced until Charlie fell to her knees screaming in agony. Xavier picked her up and carried her over to the entrance of the woods. She was screaming so loud it hurt his ears. He looked to where Lily was and Derrick had her in his arms, she wasnt screaming but she was clutching her stomach in pain. This is going be bad Xavier thought to himself.He remembered how bad his first change was, bones breaking to form into a wolfs , teeth lengthening in his mouth piercing his lips, his jaw stretching an lengthening to a snout. . Snapping out of his memory. He pushed Charlie's hair out of her face, she was soaking wet with sweat and she was breathing hard and fast, in between screams she was begging him to make it stop. His heart was shattering seeing his mate in so much pain. He looked over at the edge of the woods a few feet away and Derrick was soothing Lilys hair , she seemed to be in much better shape than Charlie was. Hayden was sobbing into Devlins chest and he had a look of concern on his face. He kept telling Hayden that this is all normal and that it would be over in a few minutes. XavIer whispered to his mate an told her that it was almost over while the whole pack had gathered around to support the two new pack memebers. . We are all here for you babe you are doing great. That's when he heard the first of her bones breaking and she started to scream again. He tried to soothe her but he knew the pain she was experiencing. Her bones were breaking and repositioning themselves, her teeth were covered in blood and started to lengthen. Her nose and mouth started to grow into a snout. . She was whimpering and shaking. Almost there my love, I'm going to go ahead and change so we can communicate when you are done shifting. He smoothed her hair back and went to the nearest tree to take his clothes off and shifted into his golden wolf form with bright silver eyes. He seen that Derrick had done the same thing, he was a huge black wolf with bright teal eyes. Xavier walked up to Charlie in his wolf form and licked her snout, she was still whimpering while white hair sprouted all over her wolf form... She is beautiful Xavier thought as she struggled to stand on her new legs. How are you feeling? Xavier asked her wolf  through their minds where no one could hear them . Just think of what you want to say and I will hear you my love. She stood all the way up on all fours and turned to look at him with her glowing blue eyes and white fur. I FEEL AMAZING XAVY! Where is Aunt Lily! Xavier looked over to where he seen Derrick and Lily....Derrick was licking Lily on the snout but she wasn't moving, she has turned into the same color wolf as Charlie. Derrick was whimpering nudging her with his nose. Derrick spoke to Xavier so Charlie couldn't hear.... She won't get up... I don't know what's going On? I can still feel her with me...Xavier why isn't she getting up? She May just be exhausted from shifting...give her a minute. Charlie ran Up to Lily and started licking her eyes and ears and bite her playfully on the back. Wake up Auntie... We did it....we shifted. Lily whimpered and opened her eyes, they were bright teal just like Derricks. Derrick happily licked her snout again. Lily stood up on all fours and licked Derrick on the nose an nipped at his ears playfully. I feel great. Lily said. Great, let's all go for a run then, you guys will feel really great then. Xavier said, excited to get to mate in the woods with his mate.
