What could be the problem Leo's talking about? Mr. Smith threatening to leave isn't supposed to be a problem. He has always be breathing out endless threats and I know he can't do anything _ he's just pretending, nothing more!
And even if he's ready to leave, fine! He can just walk away rather than causing chaos everywhere.
