Heath paced back and forth in the living room, his footsteps echoing off the walls as he waited anxiously for Leo's call. Earlier that morning, Leo had mentioned seeing Zora rush out in a hurry, and Heath had initially considered asking him to tail her, to uncover her destination. But he had second thoughts, deciding to give her space.
Now, as the hours ticked by and Zora still hadn't returned, Heath's concern turned to unease. He had tried calling her, but her phone rang out, and his frustration grew.
Just as he was about to dial again, his phone buzzed. It was Leo.
"Where is she?" Heath asked, his curiosity growing.
"She's at McGillicuddy's Bar, sir," Leo replied. "With her friend Ana."
