Bard's Song
She just stood there in silence for a moment, staring at the landscape below. A lot of things were starting to make sense to her, but she wasn't happy about it. Finally she hardened her heart. A few moments ago, for the first time in her life (but not for the last one), she had made a choice where a significant part of it was on both pans of scales. When the sunlight started painfully piercing her eyes, she turned her back on the sun and headed home. For some time she worked by packing suitable equipment for the long journey, but for which she needed speed at the same time.
