Chapter Thirty-One: It's Not A Joke
The next morning, Nina got up at her usual time and did her workout of morning paddleboard yoga. She had discovered that it really gave her a workout as she had to use all her muscles to not wobble on the paddleboard and make sure she stayed in her yoga poses. After her yoga, she usually did a small jog on the beach and then sat down to stretch to cool down. After she finished her workout, she went to sit down on her lanai with her coffee to watch the morning surfers. When her coffee was gone, she went to take a shower and would get dressed and work on her novel until lunch time. Then she would eat, watch some television, and take a nap.
