CHAPTER-12I was sitting in front of the mirror applying mascara to my eyes when Noah called from the living room, "Are you done yet?"
"Five more minutes," I called out looking at myself in the mirror to check if everything was in place or not. My red knee-length gown was complimenting my skin tone and I wore a silver pendant in my neck that suited the dress. I checked my hair and makeup once more before grabbing my clutch and coat and stepping out of my room. The heels were still a problem for me but I couldn't wear my sneakers in this dress. I wished Jane could see me now. She would have been very proud that I was finally making use of all the makeup tutorials she gave me in the past year.
