I was starting to calm back down as Axel starting to take Clarynn’s bags, when a sudden movement from the corner of my eye caught my attention. I quickly twisted around, as a searing pain ripped through my torso and took my breath away when I saw a man aim a gun toward Clarynn and he pulled the trigger. In a flash without second guessing my actions, I flew against her and smacked her into the glass doors at the entrance of the store.
