Boy: "Please, help me! I’m fleeing from Eltaba’s soldiers. They’re not far behind. Can I have some bread ?."
Kofi: " Shush!! Who are you, and why are they chasing you?"
Boy:"My name is Kwame. I overheard them talking about an ambush. They plan to attack a group of resistance fighters near the old temple."

Kofi’s heart raced. The resistance fighters had to include Amina and their allies. Without hesitation, he decided they would intercept the soldiers and warn the resistance.
