Hindi mawala ang matamis na ngiti sa labi ko. It's already eight in the freaking morning and I am holding a black scissor. I close my eyes and open them again and blew a relief sigh. This is happening, this is really happening right now. I used to hate the flashes of the camera but now I am relieved that they are here.
"Ready?" Tori asked hinawakan niya ang kabilang edge ng ribbon.
"I never have been this ready." I muttered.
"Then cut the damn ribbon. Nangangalay na ang kamay ko." Inis na turan niya. I shrugged her away by moving my left hand signalling her to shut her mouth.
"Moment ko ito, okay?" Sabi ko naman sa kanya. I stick my tongue out when I started to cut the red ribbon. Many people clapped their hands.
