The warehouse fell into a tense silence as the gun clattered to the ground. Isabella’s chest heaved as she stepped back, her wide eyes locked on Antonov’s furious face. The men around them seemed frozen, their weapons momentarily lowered in shock. Damien was the first to move. He surged forward, his movements fluid and deadly.
