My Lost Lycan King Mate

Home away from Home (Part 3)

(Jakes P.O.V.)

Watching my love take in our new living quarters was one of the highlights of

my day. She was so lost in thought that she didn’t even notice that right after

our old room there weren’t any more doors. When designing the room I tore

down all the inside walls of what used to be the six guest rooms on this wing

of the floor. Now after our old rooms (what is now our new offices) it is all a

part of the room I had made especially for my Luna. Upon entering into the

room, you come to the living area. It is complete with a wrap around sofa

couch big enough for our group of friends. A floor to celling television, with

what some might call a self-accessible concession stand.

To the right of that is a comfortable sized kitchenette and dining area for the

days we want to do our own thing, behind the kitchen area is a storage area

filled with cleaning supplies and food. It even has two refrigerators and two

stand up freezers. After the storage room is a his/ her complete gym and spa.

Behind this is where my office is now located, I can access it from the main

hall or our new suite as I like to call it. Starting on the left side of the living

center is three rooms combined into one giant one that makes up our room,

the bathroom and walk in closets and a nursery room for when we have pups

of our own. Then her office just the same as mine behind it. Following her

around to each room watching her face light up at each discovery was perfect.

It took two years to complete this so it was being done while I was gone. I

remember one night over the phone Raini was telling me how lucky the future

Luna was going to be. I just agreed with her knowing full well I had

incorporated everything me and her had ever talked about wanting to share

with our future mates. Boy, was she miffed, that I would even consider doing

so. She wouldn’t talk to me for a couple of days after that saying I stole her

dream home with her mate. After a quick tour I wanted to make sure she

would be ok up here while I went and talked to my father. So, we went to sit in

the living area. “Love, I have got to go see what my father needs to talk about

ok? I will you be ok here for a bit?” Raini was still to engrossed in looking

around to have heard what I said. “ Love, baby…. Raini!” I clapped in front of

her gaining her attention. “Oh, yea babe, ill be fine here. I think I’m going to

explore. Go talk to Uncle Ben.” As she was saying this she was getting up and

going to find what to investigate first. “Ok love, I will be back as soon as I can,”

I said walking up to stand in front of her before she dodged out of the room. I

was surprised when she got on her tippy toes and reached up for me to bend down. She grabbed my face in her tiny hands and pulled my lips to hers. Very

gently almost to the point of me not felling anything she pecked me on the lips

and pulled away. “Depends if you followed my blue prints to a t if you get more

than that little peck.” she said wandering off to the kitchen. I left her to it

knowing I did that and more and that she was about to have the surprise of a

lifetime and if her words were serious, I would be having a night I would never

forget.

(Raini’s P.O.V.)

I heard as Jake left the room(if you can even call this that, its more of a pent

house.) I was to busy in the kitchen. As I looked around, I was cheesing at all

that I was seeing. There was a LG signature InstaView refrigerator, a glass top

stove with 6 burners and two ovens underneath, the counters along the back

wall were all, marble, under the counters were wrapped with cabinets stocked

with everything from cleaning supplies to pantry items in their respective

places. There was a dish washer,(I would have to learn how to use that.) a

little more to the left right above the dishwasher was a Luxury Nano Double

sink. Turning around there was an island made of the same marble and

redwood cabinets that separated the kitchen area into a dining area. The table

was also red oak and a nice size with enough chairs that matched for about

six people. The table and chairs were set next to had huge double window that

over looked the lake in the back yard. The hombre blue green curtains

matched everything from the carpets, chair fabric,to the appliances and

utensils. As I stood in place and was doing a 360 to take in the view and

smiled about this being the very kitchen I had dreamed of and Jake got it

copied down to the very last detail, I stopped a little more than mid-way when

my eyes landed on what was off to the other side of the fridge. No f*****g

way!! I shouted. A fully stocked ready to go coffee bar, complete with whatever

my little heart wanted be it iced, Capuchino, espresso, you name it, along with

all the fixings. Giggling to myself I remember saying at one time if my mate

did not want me to reject him this was a MUST. Well done sir, very well indeed.

Making my way to te back if the kitchen I walked through the little side

archway going into the storage room. It was divided in half. On the was two

more fridges just like in the kitchen along with the two freezers, what seemed

to be two shelves full of pantry items, two full off restock items for the coffee

bar, and another two for restoking the mini concession stand if you will. To the

right of the room was in the same lay out only a washer and dryer, and the shelves were full of cleaning supplies. Turning the light out in the pantry I

proceeded to the Gym/Spa to check it out. I was surprised to see the layout

almost the same as the pantry only with what you would expect to find in

either in the respective named sides. I made my back to my starting point in

the living room and went into the biggest room of the house. Our room broke

off into three smaller areas. The main room was where the closets were, they

were walk in closets with a middle area down the center for a his/her vanity. It

was just big enough to house what it needed to and offer privacy to prepare

oneself. After the closet off to the left was the nursery, I was in no hurry to

have pups but I also would not be willing to prevent it. I was not prepared to

see this room. Everything from our two previous rooms were neatly combined

to give the room life. It was like walking into the past. Even down to our old

twin beds. It was a time capsule. Out of every room in the house I fell in love

with this one. For it showed the truth, Jake new all along, that is why there

were the games of 20 questions and what ifs we would play on the phone

when we would talk at night. I hadn’t realized I had tears briming my eyes. But

I let these fall and without shame because, these were tears of happiness and

love. Because the man I grew up loving, that I prayed for as a mate, went

above and beyond to make my fantasies into realities. Jacob Allexander, you

sir had been planning this for a long time. Selene, thank you for giving me one

of the good ones. I sniffled as I turned off the light to our future child’s room

and closed the door.
