Addie’s POV As I slam into the cold water, my breath seems like it has been stolen from me. I try to get my bearings and swim up to the surface, but the riptides keep pulling me under. What feels like hours under the water, I get thrown into a rock. My back taking the full force of the impact. I grab hold of the rock and start climbing, I reach the top of the rock, pull myself up, coughing and spitting up water, I hold onto the rock as tight as I can. I won’t let this ocean kill me, I have come too far. Now it’s time to find my way home. My way back to Ian. I look around, nothing but ocean and cliffs. How do I get out of here? I am sure Peter is already looking for me. I gather the strength I have left, jump off of the rock and just start swimming alone the cliff line. Waves fighting me
