Six days had passed since the last time I saw Naira. I decided it was for the best not to see her.
Ever since I met her, I've been acting differently around her in ways I don't understand.
She makes me weak in a way I hate. I am the Alpha of the Night Shadow Pack.
I should never become weak because of anyone...Not even my mate.
Lucian's voice interrupted my thoughts. "Alpha, you ordered all the men to train their women the same way we train, as well as the children."
I had intensified the pack's training because of the Alternos wolves' recent attacks. It seemed they were planning to wage war against every pack… Especially mine.
We had killed many of them. Without a doubt, they wanted revenge.
