Everything felt... distant. My body was heavy, my mind a foggy haze as I tried to move, but it was like being trapped in my own body feeling very weak and unable to move my body, and I couldn't quite understand what was going on at first. Then, a faint sound like a steady beeping caught my attention in the background and I focused on it, and gradually, the fog in my mind slowly began to clear.
Where... am I? I thought to myself trying to recollect my memories.
