“What are you still doing here? You have an appointment to get to, young lady,” Mark said as he tapped his watch. “Rex is coming this way to take over for you.”
“There is no point in arguing, is there?” Callie said, shaking her head.
“None,” Mark grinned as he offered Callie his elbow, which she took as she stood. “To ensure you don’t get lost along the way, I will walk you and Maya to my room so you can change.”
“Yeah, about that, why did you move us to your room?” Callie asked.
“Because I have been spending every night in your suite with you. With the storms and the party tonight, I thought it might be best if you and Maya stayed in my suite, the same as we have been doing. The only thing that is different is the room we are in. I have given your room to Pam and Dennis for the night,
