Jessi's POV:
I've been awake now for almost a week. I learned that I was in a coma about 3 weeks and it was hard to learn that I lost that much time of my life. I still don't have any memory of the incident and a part of me would like to know but I fear that the truth might be scarier. I haven't left the manor since I woke up. I don't feel safe at the moment even with all of the security. Everything seems to make me jump. I've mostly been staying in the bedroom or going down to the library. I can access the library by going through the hallway and not having to be in any other area of the house.
