Ruby's POV “Yeah,” Joey responded, her voice was frail, unlike the usual sharpness that always accompanied it. My wolf had been disconnected from me, but I could still feel that bit. “Something is making my wolf senses weak, and I'm sure you're the one trying to kill me!” Joey burst out. “What?” I snapped almost immediately. Just when I thought that she was about to apologize and bond with me like a wolf with its owner. Instead, she was back to pour more accusations on me.
