It was the flashing colours that disoriented Lorcan the most. All shades of blue – electric flashes, muted cobalt and azure, shocking sky blue. They swirled and merged together behind his eyelids, encompassing him as the Witch’s magic took its course. He could feel it pulling him, away from his body, away from the underground room and back to where he came from. His home, Epineio.
