WINTER’S POV Despite the medications that had been administered to me by the efficient workforce of the summit’s medical team, the feeling of the sickness didn’t let go at once but seemed to endlessly stream out of my system in little, trickling torrents. I watched as the color go out of my face and my hands turned white and pale, as if my blood was being sucked up by an inner force. Looking around the infirmary, the healers dressed in their immaculate white robe smiled heartily at the sick and the injured; their sweet words bringing emotional treatment to those that needed it.
