MEL’S POV Damian had been a very good boy and he deserves a reward after all this is over but I need to slowly climb the ranks on the ladder before I can be rest assured that the battle is won. The visit to the infirmary or healing tent was over and we all headed back to the center of the camp in preparation for the second stage of the hunting summit. What a nice pun; hosting a hunting summit on a mountain summit; the planners must have done a lot of job. Coming down from the top of the hill, the wind blew in my face as I saw the summit dotted with tents here and there with smoke rising out of the center; reminisce of the lively night that had transpired earlier, Damian quickly held my hand and let it go; scared one of his father’s men would see him and put us in big, or bigger trouble.
