“BEFORE WE BEGIN our mental eavesdropping this time, Nate, I think we need to be extra careful with our shields.”
“Why?”
“Because, from what we’ve learned listening in on Harv and Marv, the woman they refer to as ‘she’ sounds like a very dangerous adversary.”
“Do you think she might be psychic, or something?” Nate said.
“I have no idea, babe. I just think we need to be extremely cautious, this time.”
