Nia p.o.v
"Thank you we will get back to you Mr. Field," I said.
"Thank you have a nice day," He said.
"You too," I said.
He left and I ran to the bathroom in my office. I then felt somebody somebody holding my hair back and it was my sister Gege. I brushed my teeth, I started keeping a tooth brush in the bathroom and toothpaste.
"Thanks, I haven't seen you in a long time," I said and gave her a hug.
"I missed you too, can I take you to lunch?" She asked.
"Yea," I said.
We left and got in her car and she pulled up to chipotle. We got our food and sat down.
"So..." I said.
"Wait somebody else is coming," She said.
"Oh...okay," I said.
I started eating my food then I felt like somebody was next to me. I looked and it was a boy he was dark skin, brown eyes, pearly whites, 6'1, a haircut, and he was wearing a suit he look Gege age, but I'm not sure.
"Well Nia this is my fiance Kevin," Gege said.
"Its nice to meet you" I said and held my hand out
Fiancé? She has to be kidding. She's only 21.
"You too," He said and shook my hand.
"Well we have other news," Gege said.
"Which is?" I asked.
"I'm pregnant," She said.
I stopped eating my food and looked up at her.
"You sure?" I asked.
"Yea Nia I'm sure," She said.
"I thought you said she would be happy for you," Kevin said.
"I thought she would. Are you not happy for me?" Gege asked.
"Gege I am it's just, you're still young," said.
"Nia, my age doesn't matter. I'm ready for a kid and to settle down," Gege said.
"Gege your basically 21 you are going to regret getting married, I'm happy that your pregnant but getting married, I'm not," I said.
"Are you fuckin' stupid? Or just jealous or some s**t?" She asked.
"Excuse me?" I said.
"I'm not some little kid Nia. I'm ready to have a baby with Kevin, we're ready to settle down. Out of all people I thought you would support me," She said.
They left. You were my ride b***h. I left the restaurant and called a cab. Then somebody tapped my shoulder, I turn around and see the person I had an interview with this morning, Michael Field.
"How can I help you?" I asked.
"Need a ride?" He asked.
"Yea thanks," I said.
He led me to his car which was a candy red apple mustang with black stripes. He opened the door for me and soon as I sat down it felt like I was sitting on a cloud. He got in the car and headed towards the office.
"So why do you need a job it looks like your doing good for your self," I said.
"This is just a friend car," He said.
"Oh," I said.
"So why didn't you have your car?" He asked.
"My sister took me out to lunch then we had an argument and she left me" I said.
"Oh," He said.
"Yea, I guess I deserve it," I said.
A few minutes later he pulled up to my office and I told him thank you. I walk in and see a stranger sitting in the chairs I have in my office and Sydney was in there too.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"This is Mya Moore remember she wants to sell our clothes in France," Sydney said.
"Oh yes I'm sorry I forgot about our appointment," I said.
"It's ok, well lets get to business," She said in a french accent.
Trey p.o.v
"Right there Mandy," I said.
This girl or should I say coworker was giving me head in my office. She offered it so I took the chance. A few minutes I finally came and told her to leave, I fixed myself and made sure my office was clean before I left. I went home and took a shower, after I got out the shower I put on a red polo shirt, true religion jeans, red and black jordans, then went to my mama house. I pulled up to her house and seen my father car in her driveway. I got out the car and walked in.
"Mama!" I yelled.
"Daddy!" Andre yelled and ran to me.
I gave him a hug and he went to go get his stuff. My mama came in the living room and gave me a hug.
"So your having another kid," She said.
"Yea with Nia," I said.
"Oh so your talking again" She asked
"Mama don't start," I said.
"I just don't understand why you haven't brought her to see me yet," She said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Roll them again watch they go be down your throat," She said.
I sighed.
"Andre come on!" I yelled.
"Tell Tanya to come and visit me sometime I would like to see her and the baby," She said.
"Okay bye mama love you." I said.
We left. Tanya is 18, she got pregnant 13 months ago the baby is 5 months, my mama kicked her out and the baby daddy said it wasn't his so I wasn't about to leave her and my niece on the streets. We finally pulled up to my house. I heard yelling and crying when I walked in.
"Andre go to your room," I said.
He went to his room.
"Tanya!" I yelled.
She came downstairs with the baby and some boy behind her.
"Hey Trey," She said and handed me Talia.
"So this the nigga you trade me for!" The dude yelled.
"First of all he is my brother second of all nobody ain't trade you, you the one who didn't claim Talia and third of all you better lower your voice because my daughter is sleep," She said.
"I know I haven't been in her life, but I want to start now," He said
"I don't know Chris," She said.
"Tanya please let me in her life," He said.
If her dumb ass say yes I swear.
"I'll think about it," She said.
He looked at my niece peacefully sleeping then kissed Tanya on the forehead and left. Tanya took Talia and went upstairs.
Tanya p.o.v
I laid down on my queen size bed and put my beautiful daughter on my chest. She looks more and more like me everyday. Should I let Chris in her life? He is the father of your child. I guess I could, ever since I had Talia I changed. I remember that talk me and my mama had when I was 12, don't turn into Nicole. But look at me now. Then my best friend Jamie messaged me.
Jamie: Baby mama wyd?
Me: Nun, just laying down with Talia
Jamie: Aw my munchkin! I'm coming to see y'all and I'm bringing Kim and Wesley
Me: Okay I'm at my brother house
Jamie: Okay be there in 10
A few minutes later they came. We all was just chilling in my room me and Jamie was laying on my bed, Wesley was holding Talia, and Kim was sitting in my computer chair.
"So how is it being a mommy now? " Wesley asked.
"Hard, but she has changed my life and Chris wants to be in her life now," I said.
"She did change your life you used to party and stuff now you stay at home and study on fridays," Jamie said.
"She did let me see who my real and true friends were," I said.
"True," Kim said.
"Should I let Chris in her life?" I asked.
"Yea because after Pinky aborted his first seed I heard he ruined her life," Kim said.
"How? She back to her old ways, sucking d**k under the bleachers after school," Wesley said.
"He turned all her friends on her, people barely talk to her, her mama kicked her out, she does drugs now and she let's people have s*x with her for money," Jamie said.
"Like I said how she change?" Wesley asked.
"But I don't know, if I should," I said.
"I would I know what's its like not to have your daddy around," Kim said.
"I'll tell him tomorrow," I said.
"Good, now give me my daughter," Jamie said.
Wesley gave Jamie Talia.
"Have you been talking to your mom?" Kim asked.
"Nope, I stopped talking to her ever since she kicked me out. I'm glad Trey was there because if he wasn't I would be on the streets right now," I said.
"No you wouldn't you would be living with me and we would be helping you," Wesley said.
"Yea like I would leave you and Talia on the streets," Jamie said.
"Thank you, but I wouldn't want to be invading y'all space," I said.
"No you wouldn't, I be lonely in that house," Wesley said.
"You have me," Kim said.
"Like I said lonely," he said.
Kim had punched his shoulder.
