"Hey" I heard someone say. Looking towards the direction it was coming from I saw a group of teenagers waving at us. "This is Ryan, Brittany, Karen, and Josh" Tanner said coming up from behind us. Introducing them to me. "I'm Dvonne. I just moved here" I said with a smile and holding my hand out. "Nice to meet you" they replied shaking my hand. "You have tattoos" Brittany asked. She was an blonde with normal blue eyes nothimg special. "Yes I have two" I said showing her. Most people don't know what they mean. "Bad ass" Karen said. I felt Maxine pulling me away from them like she didn't want them around. "She's afraid" Kira said. "I feel that" I replied to her.Something didn't seem right and I have an act for these things. Away from the other I asked "Are you okay?" "Yes" she said. "Liar" I said. She'd looked at me like I was the liar. "I know something is wrong and if you don't tell me I'm gonna bug the crap until you do" I said with a smirk. I was bounded to find out what was wrong with her. What people don't know know about about me is I like to fix the problem even if it hurts me. She sighed. "They aren't my friends" she said sitting in an empty seat. Tanner put her in a headlock while the others surround me. "I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so" kira said. I hate to admit, but she was right. They want info that they don't need. "What's your story" Karen demanded. Is she serious? Dooes she think she can walk to anyone to demand anything. Smirking I said "Why does it matter?" "What the hell you smirking for" Ryan asked. "I want to kill him" Kira said. "Not before me" I said. Did they think its respectful to walk up anyone demanding anything? But since I can't cause an bs that I have to play along. The pack we supposed to be from is my mom"s best friend pack where I spent most of my time. It was called the Blood Oranage pack and everyone feared them cause how strong they are and they are protectors of the royal family outside the royal guard. I'd trained there for years nothing really bothers me. Training there is like you fight until you nearly dead no exception!!! "Back off" I heard someone new say. There was a beatiful older lady coming towards us. She looked just like Maxine, but with bluish green eyes. "Luna" they said bowing. Bowing down "Forgive my rudeness luna" I said. "Its not your fault . you didn't know who I was until they said" the luna said with a smile. Her smile was beatiful. "I'm luna Linda" she said. "Dvonne" I said offering my hand. Her shake was firm and tight. She leaned in so I can take in her scent. "Protect my daughter" she whispered in my ear. Why I wondered. "Something isn't right" kira said and I agree with her. "Mom what are you doing" tanner asked. "I was wondering if she had a certain scent due to be from another pack" Luna Linda said. That told me she didn't want anyone knowing what she told me. "Karen. You and your friends need to chill with questioning people like y'all run the pack. It looks bad for the Alpha and me" Luna Linda said. "Yes Luna" Karen said submiting. With that they starting leaving swearing under their breath. Tanner was walking with them like his family isn't important. "Tanner" Luna Linda called, but he ignored her. No respect. I hate him already and feel sorry for his mate. "I guess he still hates me" Maxine said. "Why" I asked standing in front of her. "She believe that he thinks she too weak and slowing him down for an Alpha" Luna Linda said. It shouldn't matter if she weak or not she his sister. But if thats true he might kick her out when he become Alpha. My phone beeped notiflying me I got an phone call. "Go ahead and take it" they said. Walking off I'd answered it finding out it was my mom telling me to watch my back. It was reported that illegal activties were happening including higher members in the pack and certain pack members getting mistreated. Things just got interesting. "Told you its like an mission" I told Kira. "I know" she said. "Is everything okay" Maxine asked. "Yes" I said walking back up to them. "I'll leave y'all be" Luna Linda said walking away. "Okay" me and Maxine said waving at her. "Can I ask you something" Maxine asked. "Sure" I said. "Aren't you afraid of being around me" she asked. "Nope" I said. She was worried if I liked her. "Should I be" I asked. She shooked her head feiercely. She so cute and innocent. "Don't worry I'm not scared of being around you" I said. "Let's go swimming" she said holding her hand out. And with that we went swimming and I start my journey in the Purple Moon Pack.
