HUNTER
After the awarding ceremony, Hunter and Iris dragged Jude to celebrate his birthday at Kingston Manor. Coincidentally, Morgan had asked him to give her a tour of his home and a taste of his cooking. To their surprise, Bella and Froy were already there upon their arrival.
“How did you get here?” Iris asked the moment she got out of his truck, scanning her bestfriend from head to toe. The amusement in her voice and expression was evident that Hunter could not avoid chuckling under his breath.
Though he found Bella a little annoying at times, there was something about the lady that made it hard for him to dislike her. In fact, she reminded him of a poodle his neighbor in Sommerbay had – a playful creature with the constant need to spend time with its human.
